• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of listings, user reliability, or successful completion of trades.
• Users must adhere to the terms of service of ARC Raiders.
• Real-money trading (RMT) for in-game items is prohibited on our platform and violates game policies.

ARC Market reserves the right to remove listings, restrict marketplace access, or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or policy-violating activity.

5. Content Moderation

ARC Market reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content at our discretion without notice.

We may suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to the community.

6. Intellectual Property

ARC Market is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Embark Studios.

ARC Raiders and all related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by Embark Studios.

Premium feature availability, pricing, and benefits may change at any time. Payments are handled by third-party platforms and subject to their terms.

We are not responsible for payment processing, subscription management, or refunds - contact the relevant platform directly.

9. Limitation of Liability
